Overview

This 4 hour course will introduce each student to the concepts important to achieving high-quality refinish repairs of plastic parts. The course will utilize classroom presentations to discuss concepts & procedures and in-shop, hands-on activities to reinforce critical areas of preparation and application. All class participants will receive a written manual to be used as a reference tool during and after class. This training is approved for I-CAR Gold Class points through the I-CAR Industry Training Alliance Program and as such, qualifies each participant to apply for 1 I-CAR Gold Class point.

Qualifications

This course is designed for refinish technicians, prep technicians, or jobber personnel who want to know more about products and procedures used to successfully refinish today's plastic parts.
