Overview

This 1/2 day course is designed to provide participants with the skills, information and tools necessary to utilize Best Demonstrated Practices to increase productivity and quality. All class participants will receive a Training Manual for use in class and for future reference and copies of all current Best Demonstrated Practices. East class participant will receive 6 credits towards the Accredited Automotive Manager designation from AMI.

Qualifications

This course is designed for Owners, Managers or Production Managers interested in implementing BDP's in their operation.
