Overview

This course is designed to prepare a technician to perform Express Scratch Repairs. The course content covers all facets of ESR necessary for the technician to understand the concept and implementation of the ESR program. The class will consist of instructor led classroom discussions, open forum question & answer opportunities and actual hands-on demonstrations. Technicians will practice their skills in performing ESR repairs on actual vehicles.

Lunch will be provided. Hours are 8:30am - 3:30pm. All class participants will receive Personal Safety Equipment and training materials for use and future reference.

Qualifications

This course is designed for refinish and preparation technicians wishing to improve their knowledge and skill in performing Express Scratch Repairs.
