On-Line Key Point Indicators
Our Standard On-Line Key Point Indicator program lets you produce powerful reports and ratios, enabling you to evaluate the results of your business more efficiently and make decisions that will grow profits. If you are looking for a more advanced version, we also have you covered. Once you have enrolled and completed our “Improving your Performance with KPI’s” AMI accredited, one day workshop, at one of our training centers, you will have access to our Enhanced On-Line KPI Program. The course is designed to help collision repair shops discover ways to measure their performance, and use those measurements to focus their efforts to improve their business' performance. The course is focused on Paint Shop issues, but the concepts can be used successfully in other areas of a collision repair facility.
