Pro//BASE™ National Rule Clearcoat is a fast drying clear that features the versatility to perform small repairs of 1-3 panels, as well as larger, multi-panel repairs or overall refinishes. Pro//BASE National RUle Clearcoat is ideal for use with any Pro//BASE basecoat application, including refinishing bumpers, fenders and doors. The Pro//BASE National Rule Clearcoat system features a separate Spot Repair Cearcoat (PB7010) and Overall Clearcoat (PB7020) that can be intermixed together to accomodate any application requirement.
