TRIPLE ETCH® 6877 is a ready to use conversion coating. 6877 TRIPLE ETCH® deposits a layer of zinc phosphate on the metal surface for excellent corrosion resistance and to promote paint adhesion.

None, use at package consistency.

Apply full strength solution by brush, spray or dipping part in solution. Allow contact for 1-3 minutes. Do not allow solution to dry; if it does, re-apply. When rinsing, water should curtain without breaks. If this occurs, repeat application. Rinse well with clean water. Blow dry with clean, high pressure air.

Recoat using Martin-Senour Automotive Primers within 4 hours of metal conditioner application. Do not use etching primers.

	Do not sand conversion coating or it will be removed.
	Mix and store in clean plastic containers only. Do not use metal containers
	TRIPLE ETCH® contains acid. Handle with care.
	Do not apply with steel wool.
	Protect TRIPLE ETCH® from freezing. Home
