TC729 2.1 VOC Matte Clearcoat is a pre-flexed, elastomeric, versatile urethane clearcoat that provides the ability to achieve various gloss finishes for today's low gloss refinishing requirements. Martin Senour® 2.1 VOC Matte Clearcoat, TC729 is packaged as a ?FLAT? clearcoat. This gloss level can be adjusted to achieve flat, eggshell, satin, and semi-gloss by adding TC727 and TC755 to it.
