COMPLETE™ Primer System is a 2.1 VOC, premium quality 2K urethane primer designed for optimum performance in areas that require low VOC coatings. This system offers seven Factory Packaged colors that can be used by themselves or in combination with each other to provide an unlimited color pallet. The COMPLETE™ Primer System provides excellent gloss hold-out, resistance to film shrinkage, easy sanding, and contain Pre-Flex™ Technology. These primers can be mixed as a Primer Surfacer or a Primer Sealer and can also be used as part of the Speed Process using the IP Process™ Coating System with Air-Bake™ Technology.
