Overview:

This course id designed to provide participants with the skills, information and tools necessary to utilize Best Demonstrated Practices to increase productivity and quality.  All class participants will receive a Training Manual for use in class and for  future reference and copies of all current Best Demonstrated Practices.

Each class participant will receive 6 credits towards the Accredited Automotive Manager designation for AMI.

The course presentation will use written materials, group discussions, and when possible, instructor demonstrations to develop the skills necessary to understand and implement Best Demonstrated Practices into the participants daily operations.  The untimate goal of the course will be to maximize productivity and quality, while reducing re-dos and materials costs.
