Overview:

This course is designed to provide participants with the skills, information and tools necessary to write and negotiate more profitable estimates. Lunch will be provided.

Hours are 8:30 - 4:30.

The course presentation will use written materials, group discussions and hands-on exercises to develop skills necessary to be more profitable in today's highly competitive market.  The ultimate goal of the course will be to maximize your profitability by writing a more complete estimate and effectively negotiating an agreed price for the repair.

This training is approved for I-CAR Gold Class points through the I-CAR Industry Training Alliance Program and as such, qualifies each participant to apply for 1.75 I-CAR Gold Class points.

Each class participant will receive 12 credits towards the Accredited Automotive Manager designation from AMI.
