Overview:
The Recreational Vehicle Refinishing Course will introduce each student to the fundamentals and fine details of RV refinishing. Emphasis will be placed on product usage, mixing, application and what systems are right for your refinishing needs. Certification available.
Lunches will be provided each day. Hours are 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM daily with dismissal by 3:00 on the final day. All class participants will receive Personal Safety Equipment and Training Manual for future reference.
Course Content:
Safety procedures and equipment
Review current government regulations
Surface preparation & corrosion protection
Undercoat systems, options & application
Equipment (including HVLP, short wave Infra-red)
Paint coating technology
Product selection for production
Topcoat systems, options & application
Student Qualification:
This course is designed for Managers and Technicians interested in knowing more about RV products, procedures and regulations.
