    Tec/SYSTEM® 5211 and 5212 High Solids Urethane Primers are air dry or low bake, direct-to-metal, high performance urethane primers designed for Fleet, Truck and Original Equipment Manufacturers that are under strict VOC regulations. 5211 and 5212 High Solids Urethane Primers have a VOC of 0.5 pounds per gallon and are compliant for most California refinish and manufacturing applications.
