Toner (Base Colorant) Let-down Decks are hand-held decks containing color chips to help paint technicians adjust and tint color formulas. Chromatic toners are chipped in mass-tone (at 100%) and let-down with aluminum and with white. The let-down chips allow the technician to see the color direction a formula will move when the toner is added to the formula.
